Refund Policy
Refund conditions depend on the hotel’s cancelation policy.
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the arrival date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival are non-refundable, including any deposit paid.
• In the event of a no-show, the cost of the first night will be charged.
• For early departures, refunds for remaining nights are not available.
• In cases of force majeure (documented exceptional circumstances), requests will be reviewed in accordance with hotel management policy.
Terms and Conditions of Hotel Stay.
• Check-out time is no later than 12:00 p.m.
• Any late check-out after 12:00 p.m. may be subject to additional charges in accordance with the hotel’s policy.
• The hotel shall not be held liable for the loss of or damage to personal belongings that are not deposited in the in-room safe.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the guest rooms.
• Guests are prohibited from causing disturbance or engaging in any conduct that violates public order or disrupts the comfort of other guests.
• The guest shall bear full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the hotel’s property during the stay.
• Hosting or allowing entry to unregistered visitors in guest rooms is strictly prohibited, and the hotel reserves the right to take appropriate action in case of violation.
