Refund Policy
Refund conditions depend on the hotel’s cancelation policy.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email you received after making your booking. In most cases, hotels offer different rates for free cancelation booking and non-refundable booking (free cancelation booking is usually more expensive).

A free cancelation booking can be cancelled free of charge, before the cancelation deadline, listed in your confirmation email.

A non-refundable booking requires a cancelation fee. If you need to cancel the reservation due to extraordinary circumstances, such floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, acts of war, terrorist activities, flight delays, etc. we can try to cancel your reservation for free, but we can’t guarantee it.
If the cancelation is made before the deadline, you will be given a refund within 1-2 days. In case when the cancelation is made later than requested by the property or you do not show up, the hotels may charge your credit card. Therefore, you should check the hotel’s cancellation policy attentively.
In very rare cases when your booking is cancelled by hotel you will get a full refund within 1 or 2 days.
In very rare cases when two users try to book the same venue simultaneously one of the reservations won’t be completed. The client will get a full refund within 1-14 days (it depends on the bank’s policy).
